Corporate name became TSR, Inc.

2001:
3 Year contract with State of
Virginia. One of first using
eVa.
2002:
Secured GSA Contract

SIN 75-200 for Office Supplies.
2002:
Acquired Open Plan Systems.
The Largest Re-manufacturer
of Herman Miller Office Workstations
2003:
Sold Colormark Printing. earned
the GSA Contract, JWOD Certification
and JumpTech.
2004:
Department of Minority Business
Enterprise Certification Awarded
to The Supply Room Companies,
Inc.
We were chosen again as the
primary office supply and toner
contract vendor by the State
of Virginia.
2005:
We acquired Network Business
Interiors. This acquisition
greatly expands our ability
to sell to the contract market.
We acquired BeTTerType. Allowing
us to sell remanufactured toner
cartridges. TSR was named to
the "Companies That Care"
honor roll recognizing companies
for innovative programs that
help our communities and employees
thrive.
2006:
TSR added BeTTerType a remanufacturer
of toner cartridges, to it's
brand offerings & was named
to the "Companies That
Care" national honor role for
the second consecutive year.
MEGA West Broad's showroom opened
in July.
2007:
Named to the "Companies
That Care" national honor
role for the third consecutive
year. Voted "Best Place
to Work" from Richmond
Magazine. Earned state certification
WS6360 as a small business,
woman-owned vendor. |

In 1986, Yancey
Jones, owner of Meade & Company,
a small office supply store in Ashland,
Virginia, and his brother, Addison
Jones, owner of Magnetic Resources,
merged with two other office suppliers
to form The Supply Room Companies.
Over the years, The Supply Room acquired
many of the oldest and most respected
dealers in the area, such as Richmond
Office Supply, a well-known retail
store in the heart of Downtown Richmond,
and Standard Office Supply in Tidewater.
With growth through acquisitions,
currently The Supply Room has locations
in Richmond, Fredericksburg, Ashland,
Harrisonburg, Sterling, Charlottesville,
Norfolk, Roanoke, Lynchburg and a
location in Jessup, Maryland.

In the first quarter
of 1999, The Supply Room acquired
MEGA Office Furniture, creating a
powerful presence in both the office
furniture and office supply arenas.
MEGA Office Furniture has two
retail locations in Richmond and one
in Norfolk with showrooms of office
furniture where you "SeemorePayless!".
The Supply Room has built a tremendous
internal business printing operation
as well, since the sale of its external
printing company, Colormark in 2003.
It is through this
growth and constant innovation that
The Supply Room Companies, Inc. maintains
its high standards of Total Customer
Satisfaction. The Supply Room
provides its customers with a single
source for most anything in the office
and the best service found anywhere.

Around The Globe! AOPD: American Office
Products Distributors was created
in 1978 by five independent regional
suppliers and has grown to include
45 independent office suppliers in
all of the major cities throughout
the country. The network allows independent
dealers to service national accounts
by coordination and cooperation via
a central computer.
AOPD is a $200 million marketing group
and The Supply Room Companies is one
of the largest independent dealers
in that network. Addison Jones, Executive
Vice President of The Supply Room,
is currently the President of AOPD.
